David Bonner is appointed inspecting architect for St. Mary's Church. These duties involve quinquennial inspection of the church and advice on repairs and alterations.

Studies have been carried out to investigate the feasibility of providing church rooms within the church.

Repair works include roof repairs, renewal of rainwater goods. Current projects include belfry louvre repairs, timber treatment and roof timber repairs.
