The project comprised the construction of a single storey warehouse
of approximately 2,400 meters square, with three storey offices of
approximately 1,050 meters square. |
| The height of the warehouse and offices is approximately
9m to the eaves measured from the warehouse floor slab level. The
construction of the warehouse is a clear span portal frame superstructure
and power floated concrete floor. External walls and roof of the warehouse
comprise profiled metal cladding. The construction of the offices
is a steel frame with precast concrete floors. External walls of the
offices comprise an insulated flat panel cladding system. The roof
of the offices is insulated profiled metal cladding. |

Site works comprised the construction of a service yard and trailer
park for heavy goods vehicles, with surface level car parking areas.
The site is fully enclosed with security fencing to all boundaries
with sliding gates at the highway access/egress location.
