Gibbs Bonner Minns Partnership were commissioned by the Norfolk Scout and Guide Association (Eaton Vale Activity Centre Ltd.) to design a new activity and office building to replace their existing premises at their Eaton Vale site.

Various designs were prepared and approved and ultimately our clients adopted the current design to carry forward to completion.

The project then entered a period during which fund raising was undertaken. Once sufficient funds were in place, we were invited to assist with administering the project through to completion.

The construction work was let under a JCT Standard form of Building Contract with Contractor's Design, with Gibbs Bonner Minns Partnership acting as the Employer's Agent.

Work on site commenced in May 2001.
