| The project comprised the construction of a new
five bedroom house, constructed on a walled garden plot in the coastal
village of Hemsby. Our clients wished for a high quality, spacious
property and required substantial input into the design processes.

| room/stair enclosure, provides a restful retreat facing
onto the more secluded garden area whilst allowing light to penetrate
into the core |

of the house at both ground and first floors.
The house is of traditional brick and block construction, with
radiator heating.
