The project involved the reconstruction of an existing cobbled farm house.

The poor condition of the existing building meant that it was unable to be saved and therefore, with the agreement of the Planning Authority, the property was demolished and rebuilt to match the original.

Whilst the external appearance matches that of the existing property, the new house was constructed using modern techniques and materials, where appropriate.
